You aren't missing much. But N Kensington adjoins Notting Hill, which I imagine has also beaten the London average increase since 1970 by a significant margin.

North Kensington is a bit of an outlier I think. Used to be considered a slum.

I was paid cash for doing fruit picking/assorted agricultural jobs as a student through to 1994.
In 1997 I once found someone's cash wage envelope in the street in Oxford. (Took it back to the business)
