My stepson’s in the band and the football team has a playoff game tonight, it’s 4 and a half hours away. The busses are supposed to get back to the school tonight between 3 and 4am and apparently it’s my husbandly/fatherly duty to pick him up at that hour, good times.

The Broncos can look REALLY bad sometimes. They’ll probably win this one and Nix might throw for 3 tds in the 4th quarter like he always does but they really play down to their competition.

My Dad’s 84 and kind of a character…his latest thing is he finds random Facebook posts with pictures of owls and comments “owl be damned” on each one of them. I’ve come across at least 10 of these comments so he’s putting a little bit of effort into this pursuit.

My stepdaughter at Auburn texted me this active shooter alert today from her classroom, they had locked all of the doors, etc. Turns out it was a false alarm and everything was fine but it was pretty unsettling. Fucked up world we live in.
