I didn't add Rust to the tech stack of the Java shop I was at when I first learned Rust (although I ported a few things I liked to Java), instead I got a different job that had Rust from the get go.

Yeah, but Rust doesn't have a standard way to get a random, do a regex search or solve the halting problem.

That doesn't change with the number of cats. N cats don't answer for any number of N (though I'll admit I'm not sure what happens if you get negative cats).
