The Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which funded NPR, PBS and hundreds of local radio and TV stations across the U.S. for more than a half-century, said on Monday that its board of directors had voted to dissolve the organization because Congress cut off its federal money.

2. But capturing him through an extra-legal action that violates international law undermines any US credibility with Russia in Ukraine and China with Taiwan.

But as it has been said many times illegals receiving ACA is the real boondoggle, they have no legal access to Medicare Medicaid or any other services.

You are correct… pardons only apply to federal cases not civil.
I don’t think pardons work in civil courts. They will be sued for everything they have.
