Haven't seen Stampede but between the 1998 anime and the manga, I prefer the manga. Heard good things about Stampede though. But too obsessed with Beastars at the moment to watch anything else lol.

Damn, I was in the hospital with covid-caused pneumonia last week, definitely don't want an electric boogaloo of that.
I say that as I'm blowing my nose because I caught a cold 4 days after getting out of the hospital :P I'm guessing the antibiotics wrecked my immune system.

I'd rather 4 15$ games that explore original and vastly different ideas in just 5 hours each than a 60$ AAA cookie cutter FPS with "next gen" unoptimized graphics that make last year's best hardware struggle for 50 hours of uninspired clicking on heads of bad guys.

Modern AAA budgets are extremely bloated because they employ thousands of people over the course of almost a decade per game now, and end up delivering broken products that lose their identity in the chase for profits. Smaller games with more style and original ideas are just more fun.
