I am here in Austin, with a daughter at UT & a son at OU on this game day rivalry, and just saw a Senator Cornyn re-election ad. I think Beto needs to run for Governor again!

My punky Savannah has a cold. She has thrown up and sneezed for two days. I love her paw all jetted out & her face buried. It is temporary sweetheart.

I have come to a great epiphany, that we love our pets so much because they can’t argue with us. They show signs of irritation but the moment you pet & love on them, they love right back. Unlike the humans in our lives.

I love you Walter. Don’t be scared of the world.

A year ago my son and I were moving his stuff into his dorm room. This year, he asked me to drive him back up from Austin to make up a final bc he has the flu. :). Gladly. Nice to still be asked! Best Xmas present ever!

This is Walter. She is very skittish and won’t let anyone pet her, but me. But weirdly, I can be petting her and she is purring and eyes are closed, & then she goes Linda Blair, and hisses and bites me. Can a cat be bi-polar?

My cat is done working. “It is a holiday, I get to sleep…longer. Get off that damn computer human.”

Even though we know we should be marching & be the resistance, we are taking time to….thank, whatever. It is nap time. Happy turkey day.
