For those reducing dexamethasone in patients on DRd or Dara monotherapy, do you stop Dex pre-meds before Daratumumab? Have you seen increased infusion reactions? And for DRd, what thromboprophylaxis do you use if Dex is reduced/stopped? #myeloma #hematology #downwithdex
