For me, I no longer crave ultra processed foods. I’ve completely changed what buy at the store. Fruits and veggies simply taste better. I’ve lost 26% of my starting weight and put my T2 in remission while still eating. I do fill up faster at meals.

The visualization is missing when I click through. I’m really curious to see it because we just attended our sons PhD graduation at Duke University and we noticed that most of the graduate students in his program, statistical science, seemed to be international.

I’ve had students turn in AI assignments and I've been able to tell because the writing is way above their current level! It's only the strong writers that give me pause. It's the talented ones who are most likely accused of cheating when they have original work.

Thank you. We have an extremely competent lawyer who is able to actually get people on the phone. But it’s not going to help if there’s a backlog. My husband‘s case will need to go to court.

We are in the process of waiting on my husband's SSDI case and his lawyer today told me the backlog is expect to go from 400K to 1 million by the end of the year due to the reduction. .
