Almost fixed. Screenshot was easy. Shortening worked already. And the page title was all just a matter of using the YouTube API. (Scraping is possible too but I prefer to do things in the right way!)
Changing a few lines of code and it all works awesome!

Just added some code to offer QR-Codes based on the shortened url. By viewing the results there will be - within a few moments - a button with 'View QR'. By clicking on it you will get a popup modal with the QR image.
