Of course, not any Democrat can win in every district. But what i dislike about this rhetoric is that it takes electeds positions as set in stone and unable to be influenced by active participation. This is mostly wrong. People move on positions and there are very few dedicated blue dogs

He seems to be suggesting you could also buy health services directly from a doctor or hospital. Which you can do now, but no one does of course because it's much more expensive vs having health insurance
