I saw Joe Ely together with Lyle Lovett and it was a great show. Joe would play a song of his, Lyle would join in, then they told stories. Then Lyle would play a song of his and Joe would join in. It was a lovely, entertaining evening

I hear you, it sucks. I’m done thinking acquaintances actually like me because if they did, they would be friends. I can certainly be friendly when I run into an acquaintance or at a party, but I’ve developed a semi-snarky ’yeah..’ when someone says “we have to get together soon.” I hate that bs

The stupid thing is that DST doesn’t change daylight hours even a little bit. NOTHING changes but clocks. It’s certainly easier to change school schedules and individual routines than ALL the clocks.

This is the part I think a lot of people don’t understand. This president is actively, intentionally hurting citizens who don’t agree with letting him do whatever he wants. He’s delusional and wants to do crazy shit

A lot of us are in a position of knowing that aside from voting, which we did, there’s nothing WE can actually DO to change what’s happening. We are counting on those whose JOB IT IS to protect and defend the Constitution to DO what they were elected to DO.. but they are supporting something else

Anyone who knew of him before 2015 knew then that he was unqualified to replace the US to the world. He doesn’t give a care about American citizens unless that are white AND wealthy. Just being white means nothing to him.
