if it was from the US I would worry but am doubting anything made in Jordan would have pistachios from anywhere but close...salmonella is not big in the Middle East...as far as I know...lived in Turkey and never heard of it there

absolutely beautiful...bravo...I make something similar although it doesn't look like that...lol...but with a spinach and cheese(mainly mozzarella and Havarti or similar) filling...truly gorgeous...4 bags of spinach 2 farm cut mozzarella and 1 additional cheese and 6 eggs...just thought I'd share
