Politicians are waying their words carefully not to escalate the situation but people are very pissed. The view of the US among the average person have never been worse (at least in Sweden, and I think the Danes are even angrier)even by people who are conservative more rightwing.

Baltic and Nordic states have beefed up their defenses these past 5+ years, and are very aware of the situation. Trumps ramblings about Greenland is only making Russia happy and is making everyone less safe. Now these countries are stuck geographically between 2 mad men.
