The statute says they have immunity from prosecution for their actions “…in the performance of their duties.” That does not allow illegal actions outside of their duties—like murdering an innocent civilian.

The pic was taken last fall. I visit family every October to enjoy all the foliage colors that I miss NM. Love it there in the fall but I don’t miss the winters.

I’ve used 35mm cameras for years but since getting the new iPhone I’ve found myself using it more and more. Handy to use compared to camera, extra lense(s), etc. But I still love my 35mm.
