From being scared of the gym to entering the ballot for my first half marathon, Shaving 16 seconds off my average 500m splits on a rowing machine and being in the best shape I’ve ever been. It’s only been a couple of months but I’ve loved every second of it!

…so this has been a real turning point and it’s really had an improvement on my mental health too. I’ve then prepped some dinner for tonight and now im editing a few videos before doing some gaming, which now feels like a proper reward!

Had loads of sports games for the mega drive, and one ps1 classic.
Ended up getting into champ manager & football manager but still like a bit of f1 and remember a lot of sports games that temporarily had me hooked. But these four were ones I remember fondly!

I might power wash the flagstones if I have time…so if you want a satisfying video I will provide one!
