Having taken on a new role this year and just become a dad for the second time 😴😴 🤧 I am looking for ways to optimise my planning and staying up to date with the changes in education. Already plan and teach in One Note, any other recommendations?

If you were creating a teaching and learning guide for your setting what holistic school processes would you:
A) Include
B) Exclude (Thinking VAK etc.)

I am most of the way through writing one for my school but always looking for blind spots.
