Meanwhile I'm extra delighted as found a fabulous little Mary Rich vase (early birthday present to myself) in a gallery along the way.
I am in beautiful (drizzly) Stratford-upon-Avon to hear Lisa Nandy speak on this support and will be thanking any ministers and officials who don't run away fast enough - every penny of public funding is hard-won at the moment and it takes a great deal of work to get these schemes to announcement.
