Last night, returned to the gym to do my usual (2.5mph for 45 min on the treadmill), and that felt amazing. Probably will have to do it every day to get back to the conditioned level I was on before surgery, and return working up running more than 10 minutes a day.

Refreshing. Really needed the break from looking at spreadsheets and network monitoring for a while.
