It would be interesting to know if it’s a conscious or unconscious bias towards women. Luckily my last boss was a woman and she was lovely so hopefully attitudes are changing.

I wonder if the study looked at the sex of the recruiter as well or are men and women equally as bad at judging female candidates in interviews.
