In San Diego, 60,000 people showed for a march scheduled to end time at noon. Indefatigable protesters were still marching well after 2 pm, very peaceful and might I say, merry. No cops or military chasing them down on horseback, firing rubber bullets. The SDPD were visibly present, but totally cool

The real question is in the end, how much has all of this chaos cost, the firings and stop work actions, jobs lost, vital programs cut and cancelled, suits and countersuits. You can start by figuring out the unemployment costs that have piled up since these malfeasants took office

Anyone who uses the words diversity, equity and inclusion as pejoratives is demonstrating that they lack basic human decency. Reporters who don’t spell out what this administration is literally, word-for-word against are enabling the cruelty and erasing human rights from the public conversation
