This is a coloured pencil drawing on toned paper of our late dog Max, a gift for my husband. Max was a wonderful dog who got cancer and died before his third birthday. He was a rescue, possibly a German shepherd and husky mix.

I liked the photo of the Tiger so much, I did it again in coloured pencils as a gift. On Bristol paper.

Happy Weekend! Day 7 of #ArtAdventCalendar

During the lockdown a local group was gathering art for a seniors home, to help with the isolation. I had an empty frame with three openings, so I painted these three birds. I got a lovely thank you note from the gentleman who received them.

This is a watercolour on Arches paper, from a photo I took in Los Ayala Mexico. It’s a mask on the wall of an outdoor restaurant. Sadly the mask, greenery and restaurant are now gone.
