Same thing happened in Ontario, Canada. That virus hit so hard and fast it decimated the nursing homes. Is was just awful, and horrific! But I believe provincial government was not as prepared as they ought to have been:

What a mistake that was. Hopefully they’ve learned by it. Actually they have a lot to learn according to this past election. They’re out of the loop of their constituents.
