I’m not the one saying progressives lost the election for Hillary, that’s what the old dems have been saying for 8 years. The only delusions here are the dems thinking people don’t want progressive policies. People are tired of living from paycheck to paycheck, change is coming.

It’s kind of funny you say progressives are smug and think we have more influence than we do, while in the same breath, old rhinos like yourself, blame us for 2016. The winds are changing, it’s time the Democratic Party realized that.

The “real electorate”, you mean the elections the dems keep losing? How many people didn’t show up to vote because the dems keep campaigning on keeping the status quo? People want change, not politicians continuing to cater to the rich, which is furthering the divide between rich and poor.

You’re correct, the democrats didn’t hold a rally that drew 23,000 people, Bernie and AOC did that. It’s about time normie dems read the room and begin adopting progressive policies, that’s what brings the people out, that’s what people want to vote for.

My son and I plan on going to the library and then to the park, no spending for us today. 👏

You just praised @sanders.senate.gov for going to red districts to help rally voters to pressure their representatives, now you’re whining because he’s posting on X, which is a very right leaning platform? I don’t think this is the take you think it is.

Time to take our money out of the banks.

The current Democratic Party doesn’t care what the people want, they want to win with their own agenda and, if they don’t, they are willing to watch this country burn to spite those who are actually on the political left.

Why does this guy keep getting elected?

Members of congress need to know how serious the people of the United States are about this, maybe it’s time to start protesting at their private residence instead of at the capitols. Disrupt their lives, if we see them on the street they should be met with heckles and boos.

I would like to know the answer to this as well. Where are the checks and balances?

I love the Honeypot brand feminine care! I’ve been using them for a couple years now, they are by far the best feminine care products I’ve used. ♥️

Can you please explain why you think this?

Nah, they aren’t the same, the republicans have moved the goal post too far to the right, the current Democratic Party is like the new centrist republicans of the 90s. They are just chomping at the bits to cross that center line, though.

He knew exactly what he was doing, he was giving the signal. We all saw what we saw, they can’t convince us otherwise.

It looks like several publications have picked it up. C-span, Newsweek, and a few others. It doesn’t look like anything is going to be done though, which isn’t shocking.

Oh, I’m so sorry! He was such a cutie. I’m sure he knew how much you loved him. ♥️

I disabled my Twitter in 2022 when they announced Musk bought the platform, I knew it was going to be a dumpster fire. 🔥

TT as we know it is over, whatever comes back in its place will only be a right wing propaganda machine. I’m comfy here and on Rednote.

I love that you’re covering this! Such an interesting story.
