I think so but also there are rules about what the troops agreed to. You can’t just have an unlimited number of mobilizations. So if you use them frivolously the troops might not be available when you need them for an actual emergency.

Yeah and then no one can file your tax return without this number, not even you, and you have to use it for the rest of your life. They mail you a new one every year.
