This needs to be applied in so many situations, imho
If there's something wrong with the rules, typically this is not fixed by adding a new rule.
Often with new rules new problems emerge and fixing and balancing gets more complex.
Instead: simplify, merge or remove.

This needs to be applied in so many situations, imho
I still want a car that runs on Hemp Oil.
Hemp grows faster, cleans our air faster, and I bet that kind of engine could have better output than an EV.
I could be wrong, but this is my bet.
Fun fact, Ford was making this engine but stopped cause legal issues in 1940 -ish
