In this version, quantification (and iota) makes reference to the "restricted" domain of type tau (augmented domain minus the undefined individual of type tau). Defining D_tau^- in a way that makes it correspond 1-to-1 to the classical domain is given as an exercise.

The problem wrt partial type theory was essentially that variables range over things in the augmented domain but universal/existential quantification is given a semantics in terms of the classical domain, and for functional types, these two domains are disjoint!

Was just in Nepal. Two amazing things about the revolution: it was the people vs the corrupt government, and the Army stayed on the side of the people, protecting civilians, even if they were violating the curfew and destroying property. Still only 5 government-side people were killed.
