Most definitely worse and it has nothing to do with how folks dress. There is a definite lack of civility out there,but there are also more reasons for people to be outraged and upset. Not enough air traffic controllers due to DOGE is top issue.

What will you and your colleagues do about this? You are in power. You are able to do something and make HUGE noise about this and so many other things.
