Neither me or my brother are able to go today so my sister is taking my nephew. I signed him up to JG so I’m listed as his parent/guardian. Can’t accept transfer ticket on his behalf, he doesn’t come up as one my memberships. Had to accept ticket on my acc and gave them my acc details for the game

No- might try this morning. My brother ended up transferring ticket to me and my sister has logged into my account and accepted ticket so he’s effectively going on my account if that makes sense

2/ I logged onto my account- he doesn’t even come up as one of my memberships, I changed network setting to manage his tickets and when I click on tickets it says he doesn’t have any (even though we had the email to confirm my brother transferred ticket to him. Unless I’m doing something wrong? 🤷‍♀️

1/ I got my nephew a junior gunner membership in June and I am now the assigned parent/guardian on his account. My brother transferred his ticket to him today, but when we log in to accept it, his account says parent or guardian managed this account so he can’t click on anything.
