It isnt isolated and Ive been out of ft work for five years (small contracts here and there). I couldnt even come up w a solid reference for a volunteer gig :/ Its fruatrating being neurodivergent and not having a social circle at this age.

Yes, Ive done all the things. Ive been ghosted by a person who said I was almost guaranteed a job, have been refused an interview for a job I held saying I wasnt qualified etc. People provide negative references all the time in my previous province - its how they do business.

I get this - but I am at an impasse in that I dont know which people or references I can trust. Its frustrating because I have people who have said theyll be references but Ive applied for so many jobs and lost out at a reference stage.

Actually potash from Canada is closer to 85% of the US import on a yearly basis and isnt easily replaceable by any other nation. "About 85% of the 13 million metric tons of U.S. potash imports last year came from Canada"

I hope I will be able to transition into something as rewarding. I was bullied out of my career job in 2020 and then tried to get back into work in 2023 only to be met witn similar outcomes. I pivoted and now doing my Master's in Education with an A+ avg, which was sorely needed for my self esteem.

Ooof I can mirror a lot of your journey w mine. My parents werent dxed but if my dad wasnt autistic and my mom didnt have ADHD Id be surprised. Me? I have both. Meds helped but also revealed the Au part a bit more - meaning my meds - good for deep dive stuff. But yeah, greif and comfort all in one

Ive seen a few accounts like this - they follow and are followed by left leaning folks and their main posts are all left leaning but their comments are def right wing along the pro facism side.
