We were getting bored of our usual dinners so I made some GF ramen for the first time tonight. I’ve only had ramen a few times because most places don’t offer rice noodles. (I have celiac) My husband made steak for it and I threw together the ramen broth and soft boiled eggs. Turned out fantastic!

Finished the quilted belt bag for my 10yo. Turned out cute but next time I’ll buy matching zippers. Wish Joann’s had a better selection or that I could plan ahead better lol. I’m just happy that she’s happy!
