I've been reading Octavia Butler for many years. Long before she passed away. Her characters are intricate and intriguing. I want to meet them, talk to them, and walk with them on their journeys.

I try to wean fosters gradually too. It's better for their tummy and bowels. But I've had some 'throw the switch' too. "I'm too big for a bottle." And there is no changing their mind. Good luck!

Also a writer. I wrote my firstborn longhand on yellow legal pad first. Ugh.....can't believe I did that.

My favorite saying is "It's my farm and no one can tell me no." Especially when I'm looking to add another animal to the farm. Just substitute Legos!
