The wording of this is highly unusual, and suggests that Justice Jackson is expecting the First Circuit to rule on a stay pending appeal (a longer pause of the district court's order) in the next few days.

they don't care. the question now is will he be held accountable for defying a court order? And how since SCOTUS gave him immunity? He is literally saying he's above the law.

What does "partially funded" mean? Some people get money and others don't? Everyone gets reduced benefits? Why is it so hard to be a decent human and help hungry people?
