(6/?) if I can figure it out, but so far I’m empty-handed and things only seem to be escalating. I’m not sure why I’m posting this except that I’m frustrated and discouraged and really hoping to find answers soon so I can get back to a somewhat normal life. #endrant #allergies #uticaria

(5/?) no one can seem to figure out what’s causing it. It’s miserable and seriously causing issues with my quality of life. Add to that every test and doctor is considered a specialist and surprise! All of the allergists in town are out of network. I’m trying my hardest to be a good detective to see

(4/?) following a low histamine diet and eating nothing but ground beef, chicken, rice and potatoes. Anything else seems to send me into an immediate flare up. I can’t wear anything around my neck (no scarves, necklaces, and even crewnecks bother me). I’ve been itchy and rashly for months and

Imaginable. First doctor told me it was eczema. Switched to unscented everything, took some Zyrtec & Pepcid, and was good for a while. But ended up back at urgent care three times in 2024. In December I went to the ER after a dose of steroids sent my heart rate though the roof.

That’s awesome!! Look up Bill Vicars on YouTube. He’s a great teacher and the phrases he teaches are so helpful! None of his videos have sound but they are easy to follow.
