I love that their cat or dog randomly just walks to the scene and just sits on their human or does something equally funny.

Those are good choices.
If you want to try the sausages, they are similar to the German ones. Another Nordic classic dish is ham and potato hash with diced onion. That with ketchup works. If you add a sunny-side egg to the dish, that's even more traditional.

Haha. Cool stuff. Too bad, yeah, there's no Marianne at all. I think the Moomin biscuits (chocolate) might be okay. It seems that there's Frödinge Blueberry cake in the frozen section. I haven't ever tried that one, but it probably isn't too bad.
