Monetizing engagement leads to bad faith posts, leading to bad opinions reaching larger audiences, leading to uninformed folks forming biased beliefs. Doctors are absolutely not poorly trained LLMs. I am not a MD/DO, but spent 15 years in healthcare and understand why this statement is dangerous.
