Everything I've tried recently seems to magnify the wrinkles. BB cream or CC cream seems the least bad.

But we weren't. And if we had been, the SNP would have had little say in the matter, as Labour were in power in Strathclyde. Not sure what your point is now.

Oh. I lived (and voted) in Strathclyde until it was dissolved, and I have no memory of that.
So I take your point, they could have IF THE ELECTORATE HAD LET THEM.

Can you tell me how the SNP kept the water infrastructure in public hands? I always understood that the people who built/paid for it wrote the deeds in such a way that it COULDN'T pass into private hands. Was that challenged?
