We do also have a Seestar, which has been fun🙂
It's great for showing the sky to primary school children, who struggle to use an eyepiece. One evening a few of the 7 year-olds there saw through binoculars that one star in Orion's sword looked fuzzy, but they all wowed at the Seestar image.

I've managed to see Uranus in a suburban Bortle 6/7 sky with reasonable quality 10x50s (and the help of Stellarium)
It was exceedingly satisfying though!

From previous statements, and the way this last has been phrased, I think they don't want to do this and have been told they could be financially ruined (the other side has so much money☹️).
Good Law Project are challenging the Supreme Court ruling; it needs to be done on behalf of everyone.

She's not really a comedian. But her "I'm Not As Well As I Thought I Was" at the Lowry a couple of years ago was fascinating, though it did need the engaged audience to work.
Ricky Gervais wrote his best work with Stephen Merchant but didn't have anything to do with the great The Outlaws so...🤷‍♀️

Perfect casting for Stevie. We laughed out loud.

I've subscribed in Podcast Addict so it'll probably work on most people's preferred podcast platform. (I put the title in the search box but had to add Mark Watson to find it)

I've found my map of the ferry route; it was so cold!

They don't use the IsItOk on twitter now, I'm pretty certain they've not done anything else there. They're not here either, just on Instagram and I find that platform terrible to use!

I don't think they are, there are some fake accounts and it looks like Adam Hills still tweets a bit, mostly about rugby league.

You'd be great, I've heard you in The News Quiz🙂

The Last Leg would do that well but they don't seem to have a presence on Bluesky. Can you pitch it to them? You'd be a great guest.

Although Dean Burnett is worth one hour, thirteen minutes and 8 seconds of your time any day.

I'm going for the audible version. I love it when an author reads their own book, when I so enjoyed listening to them on YDTM. Thanks for the heads-up, yours was the post I saw first!

It was absolutely fascinating. Having been reminded of it by this news story I'm going to listen to the whole series again.

When the film came out I came across the podcast series Turi King coordinated with other members of the project, perhaps to give the ordinary folk a voice. It's a much more interesting view of the whole process. Link to the SoundCloud page here, it will play in a browser.
