All about kindness, grace, sewing, history, and whatever else sparks my fancy.
I have two new Grandpigs: Luna, the fluffy one, and Phoebus, the orange and white one. The world seems to be going to hell in a hand basket, but these little faces fill my heart with love, hope, and joy. I will look for those things wherever I can.

Ten years ago I had a one woman show entitled “For the World.” I used women I knew from the Grand Rapids Women’s Chorus as my models. Everything is made out of silk that I dyed and stitched into place. This piece is the “Beginning of the World.” I’ll be sharing a piece every day.
