The cross fox is the same species as the red fox, Vulpes vulpes, but is a naturally occurring color mutation (and one of my personal favorites!).

Opossum love! The Virginia opossum is North America's only marsupial. If you head south to Central or South America you will find over 100 different opossum species.

These two bears encountered each other at Brooks Falls, Alaska, an iconic spot where bears visit each year to feast on salmon! Grizzlies will often establish dominance over a fishing spot with territorial behavior, but rarely does it lead to actual fights. Fights can be deadly.
