"love letter to myself" oil on a 4x3 ft canvas. this was rejected by the @brooklynmuseum.org for their BK artists show but was on display at BWAC's Salon des Refuses in Red Hook for about six months last year.

a small-ish canvas that I really took my time on, the magenta is gauche acrylic that i doodled on top of over the course of 2-3 months in oil paint pen... in the end, I christened it, "why yes I do enjoy eating mushrooms, why do you ask?"

an old, totally weird piece entitled "dateline for dinner", a mix of oil & acrylic on canvas. this particular piece of canvas has gone through so many iterations before becoming this particular piece... i can't be the only one who paints and repaints the canvas 5-6 times before it's "done"... can i?
