Given Judge's findings/opinion relating to the Oregon Nat'l Guard, how could deploying the CA Guard in Portland look like ANYTHING other than bad faith? Why would this not be a slam dunk against the Administration? Are they just hoping they can incite some response by citizens in the next 24 hrs?

Don't the feds have to provide some SHRED of evidence that the troops are necessary/appropriate? [And by "evidence" I don't mean a quotation from a Trump 'Truth' post or a video from 2020 unrest re-run on Fox recently.]
