I'm realizing I kinda just stopped posting everywhere. Life got a little crazy for a minute and I haven't drawn at all in a while. But I intend to get back to it shortly.

It's amazing how sometimes when you start experiencing depression symptoms, all you actually need to do is get up and leave your computer and walk around a minute.
None of the content you are consuming even has to be negative, sometimes it's just too much screentime.

As someone who is VERY ignorant when it comes to computers, this is super good to know
watch out for this! for folks who don't know:
- windows+R opens the run window which lets you run any program
- ctrl+V pastes
so this puts some malicious command on your clipboard, then convinces you to run it yourself. don't.

of course as soon as my hand was fully healed, I entered into artblock mode. Really having a hard time finishing anything right now, nothing looks good. So have an extremely sketchy, scribbly - me trying to figure out an adopt I bought like 3 years ago that I've never done anything with.

Hand update:
steady recovery! Slow, but there is improvement every day. I tried drawing again yesterday. It didn't go too badly. Hand gets sore fast, but I can do a little here and there. Optimistic about being back at it properly soon.

Let me tell y'all, having the power go out for 8 hours when it's 14 degrees F and you have 5 reptiles and a 75 gallon fish tank is not a great time. I'm lucky I didn't have to deal with the situation alone, or I don't know how I would have kept everybody warm.

This was an older piece that I recently picked back up and decided to finish. At the time I started it, it was vent art. It was . . . interesting to finish it in a place of detachment from what I was initially feeling when I started it.

I know this one is feral and the other is anthro, so the comparison isn't as obvious, but I am much happier with this chibi style than the previous one. Think I'll stick with it. Also had a lot of fun incorporating my watermark in a different way than usual.

Sketch I did on a whim while listening to Love In Paradise from Epic's Wisdom Saga. The designs were super half assed, cause that wasn't the focus. It was more about capturing some of the expressions and emotions.
