Mystery vine.
I found this dried out chrysanthemum tumbling around my yard over the winter. A few weeks ago I discovered a vine was growing out of it. No idea what it is. Perhaps a pumpkin or some type of squash. I highly doubt it will produce fruit though.

This is a super old painting. I made it in about 2015. It's not very good but very special to me now. The cat who modeled for me passed away early last year.

Snail painting finished. I'm still not quite happy with it though.
A yellow snail with red and black stripped shell. Snail is modeled after an African giant snail but size and color aren't accurate. Next to the snail are 2 blue mushrooms. It is on a mossy log. I tried to make it look like the snail is glowing but I'm not sure how well I achieved this.

All finished drying. Really happy with how this guy turned out.

My husband and I have decided to take over and fix up my mom's house. My dad's old kiln is still in the basement. I would love to get it working again but I don't know much about ceramics. I feel over my head just looking at supplies. I don't even know if this thing will turn on.
