How/where can I get my hands on the broad-shouldered lady werewolf in studded red bra (lower left pic, row of four in front of stage, second mini from right)?

Why can't I see it, and why is there nothing anywhere (especially the so-called 'help' section) about being able to see "suggestive" or "adult" content?

All I can see is a bar with "Adult Content" and "Learn More", the latter not telling me how I can see this. Is it just not allowed?

Just curious, what's the name of the cartoon?
