Just a girl and her dog living life by their own rules.
Be interesting to know the actual number.

And make sure you know how to fit them properly.
Once had a bloke mansplain that I was doing it wrong. He took over removed the chains from the front wheels of a Ford Laser and move them to the back.
The car was a front wheel drive!

My thoughts are with you.
Remember to be gentle with yourself.
My mum gave a week's notice though I didn't realise till much later.

I'm in a traditionally safe Labor seat and the number of liberal signs is astounding. Can't recall seeing any for other candidates and very few for Labor but it seems every corner has a blue sign

Speak to them if you can. Local "independent" last election had all the right things on paper, but then spoke to people waiting to vote. Every statement was a carbon copy liberal speech. Heard a lot of voters changed their vote on the spot. I know I did.

Sometimes the look of poor maintenance can be due to their heritage status. I work in a building built in 1879. As even the roof was considered "of significance", it took months for permission to fix a leak. Meanwhile, a possum family moved in and they too are protected.

Could be multi-generational. When my father's mum passed, my grandfather came to live with us making it 3 adults and 5 kids in a 4br home.

Drummer daughter suggests canvas artwork. Cover walls with whatever takes your fancy. Pack blanket/cushion/books behind frame if possible. Won't totally block sound but will mute it somewhat and you'll have an aesthetic background to enjoy when not practising

The CFA had paid fire fighting positions.
They were transferred to Fire and Rescue Victoria in 2020

Interesting. I understood there were two based at Avalon but that might have been last summer.
I would have thought they would have been utilised by now.

Genuine question Cam.
I've seen a few videos of the choppers working in the Grampians but have not seen any LATs. Are they using them there?

That was my thinking 😁

Fair call. I was preparing to evacuate yesterday until the wind changed and an update was provided.

Yes, it does smell. Not strong, but every now and again, there's a distinct aroma.
