Some Indian company signed up my Gmail for an indian “LinkedIn”. So I used the password reset to not so quietly announce they were idiots on their profile. Sadly I still get daily invoice emails for them, so maybe they got the last laugh.

If you have ME/CFS I'd suggest testing for Epstein-Barr Virus. It's the cause of my ME/CFS. Causes a lot of downstream nutrient fuckery. Thymosin Alpha-1, Reishi Mushroom, Beta-glucans helped me a lot

No worries. I searched the subject to train my algorithm here and saw your post. Glad you didn't experience negative side effects from it.

GHK-Cu seems safer for long term regular use for collegen effects. As always the dose makes the poison. Too much of a good thing isn't always great. I used 250-500mcg doses, so I didn't dose extremely high. BPC has its place, just needs patient education/warning label.

Hey I replied above with studies and my abbreviated thoughts. I believe BPC needs a common warning label/patient education. Lots of marketing calls it "side effect free". Its not like TB4 which is very targeted for muscle repair. BPC's effects are much broader. Feel free to ask any Q's.

3/3 BPC can be GREAT, but it needs a warning label attached. I have EDS which is why I deep dived studies on peptides and BPC in particular. I think it should be limited to 6-9 week cycles at most. Not used without injury. My depression worsened a lot and I didn't catch the causation quickly.

2/3 The CNS effects aren't quite clear in a broad perspective, but it definitely effects the brains biochemistry. I used it on/off for 6 months or so. Daily mostly. 2 ancedotes had neg anxiety effects immediately. If drunk BPC can "instantly sober" you in a way. Not sure on tapering.

1/3 Sure thing. Personal experience, 3 direct ancedotes, studies. Use Sci-hub \ Anna's Library if paywalled. Going to drop a few showing CNS interactions. Studies First then personal thoughts

I used it probably too much, but just wanted to warn of potential issues cause lots of vendors marketing calls it completely safe. Its still a great healing peptide, but it has odd CNS interactions. Studies showing it blocks opioids, amphs, etc. Check out Thymosan Alpha-1 for autoimmune though!

Hey there, EDS and Long Mono (Me/CFS but caused by Epstein-Barr Virus). I've researched and experimented with peptides for 2-3 years. Be a bit careful with BPC. It can be amazing, but can have odd mental side effects. Can cause anxiety, anhedonia, etc. Sometimes on first use, or developed over time

Definitely will be adding this to my next bloodwork labs. I know there is a genetic test for MTFR gene mutations. I tested as not having it, though I do have hypermobility EDS. I'm glad more research is coming out though!

Hey there, Fellow Zebra with EDS and "Long Mono". You have any tips or tricks? I use "Life Extension Mix Tablets" as my multivitamin. Its 8 tablets a day which is a lot, but its definitely the most complete multivitamin I've seen. The citrus bioflavinoids specifically help my energy levels A Lot.

Yep, EDS plus autoimmune issues from Epstein Barr Virus (mono, sort of like Long Covid). Its Great cause EBV can cause even more collagen issues. But hey, theres Zebras here!
