The idea that every opinion is equal and allowed is partially to blame for so many problems, the idea that someone can spout lies and hate, and for that to be considered equal to empathy, truth, and progress is a travesty and a mistake that should never have been allowed to occur.

Don't give up, no matter how hard things get, we have to keep fighting to protect our way of life.
Even when WWII was at it's worse for the Allies, they kept fighting, and eventually they won, and we can beat the fascists threatening democracy again!

When conservatives say they want a "small government", what they actually mean is, poorly funded, easy to corrupt, and without the checks and balances that come with a large, healthy, well funded bureaucracy.

I think it is important to have hope, it can sometimes seem like things are hopeless, but it never is, the bad times will always come to end, the best we can do is fight and resist.
