Picked up a cold while in the Twin Cities for a hockey game. Haven’t been this sick since we moved to the woods 10 years ago. Feel like I’m living on cough drops and NyQuil.

Another tiny way to fight back. Read banned books or books about any of the newly taboo subjects. Bonus if you get them from a locally owned bookstore or the library.

One tiny way I’m putting up a fight… I am refusing to go to my husbands family gatherings. I will not spend time in rooms with people who support people who want to take away my rights. I know it doesn’t seem like much, but it’s one way to tell them to f-off. And keep a tiny bit of my mental health

My dog loves playing in the snow. But also likes a good nap with blankets when the temp drops really low.
