We had appetizers tonight at Paju in Seattle and couldn’t stop eating. Every bite was a delightful surprise of flavors and textures. The octopus, with a dashi beurre blanc and salmon roe, was maybe the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! www.pajurestaurant.com
