Not blaming Sabrina Carpenter for changing the cover of her new album because the decision probably was made over her head, but it really is staggering how conservative some parts of our culture have gotten now. This was the cover of a superstar pop album in Japan half-a-decade before I was born!

Last week I went to my childhood mall for the first time in over a decade, and not only is the FYE still there looking basically unchanged, I was able to grab this awesome Robyn album (now THAT’S a gatefold!) from the clearance section
